Contour Painting, Inc.’s Step-Up Program is designed to serve employees who choose a technical career over a traditional education or dead-end job. The program focuses on mastering skills, building confidence, improving business communication, and learning other areas of the business including customer service, administration and marketing. Advancing in the program is based on performance, dedication, hard work and position availability. The program includes on-the-job training, workshops, learning resources and other materials designed to help you master your skills.
